About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community.
The LPN is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will be a champion for our patients and support the team around you. The LPN maintains a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles and works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
Champions for our patients and support team.
Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles.
Qualifications
Currently licensed as an LPN by the State of Massachusetts.
CPR certification.
Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.

Compensation is determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
