Position: OT Assistant (COTA/OTA)
Location: Clermont County ESC Local School Districts

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School-Based OTA to join our team and help empower students to reach their full potential. Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong understanding of child development, learning theory, and educational practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to meet the individual needs of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
