Overview

Vancouver Clinic is seeking Patient Services Representatives to join our float pool to support various locations as needed. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
Collect co-pays
Obtain and complete insurance information
Answer phone calls
Schedule appointments
Multitask effectively and work well with others as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Work Arrangement

Full-time (40 hours/week):

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. Availability: Candidates must have open availability during operating hours. Shifts are scheduled between 5:30 AM and 11:15 PM, with hours varying to meet the operational needs of both Vancouver and Oregon clinic locations.
Compensation

Compensation:

Hiring range starts at

$18.00/hour

and goes up based on evaluation of experience.

Float Differential:

$3/hour
Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
Experience with Epic preferred
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
Strong computer keyboarding skills required
Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are required

Pay Range:

$17.31 - $24.24
