What You’ll Do
Help clients with daily living: bathing, grooming, transfers, meals, mobility, companionship
Provide light housekeeping and medication reminders
Report condition changes promptly to the supervising RN
Document care through BrightStar’s digital platform
Requirements
Active NJ CHHA license
Reliable, compassionate, dependable
Transportation to client homes
Current 2‑step PPD test, or clear chest X‑ray if previously positive (NJ DOH requirement)
