The primary purpose of the Parts Supervisor is to oversee the Parts department and ensure the efficient operation of all parts-related functions.

Responsibilities
Work a schedule of either 7-4pm, 8-5pm or 9-6pm Monday-Friday and every 3rd Saturday from 8am-2pm
Quote, sell and process Service department automotive parts in a timely manner
Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain current product knowledge in accordance with GM and company standards
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
Coordinate parts ordering and delivery process
Notify Service Advisor when parts are available
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
Supervise parts staff and provide training as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Qualifications
Ability to collaborate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
Must have an outgoing personality
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy objects
Clean driving record
