New Spring Hill location opening Spring 2026. Hiring for multiple positions. Training at Columbia, TN site; transition to Spring Hill location once opens.
This is a full‑time, permanent onsite clinical role within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients including subjective information, objective information, assessment, prognosis, and goals.
Develop and implement treatment plans, educational programs for patients, and supervise technicians to provide quality patient care by improving mobility & strength, and decreasing future injury for return to functional activities.
Maintain and provide all documentation for the therapy treatment, utilizing TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
Communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
Discharge patients as appropriate.
Utilize EMR/EHR systems.
Demonstrate positive engagement in providing the best customer service to patients and staff.
Adhere to Federal and State regulatory laws and rules.
Seek appropriate input as needed.
Requirements
Current (or pending) licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of Tennessee.
Master/Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
CPR certification.
Enjoys being part of a team that works collaboratively to achieve goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
Experience in fabrication of static and dynamic splinting.
Preferred
Minimum two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre/post‑operative orthopaedics.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or willing to obtain CHT.
