Job Summary
Consultative Pharmacy Technician who serves as a central resource for medication‑related support for patients, pharmacies, and providers. Performs varied activities and moderately complex clinical/operational/customer support assignments. Supports medication adherence, reconciliation, patient outreach, analysis, and follow‑up, typically working on semi‑routine assignments.

Responsibilities

Supports medication‑related activities for patients, pharmacies, and providers, including refill management, medication adherence, and medication reconciliation.

Assists with medication coordination, research, and issue resolution while triaging requests that require pharmacist involvement.

Conducts patient outreach to address medication gaps and supports scheduling for pharmacist consultations.

Applies established guidelines and departmental policies to complete assignments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and quality standards within defined workflows.

Required Qualifications

Resident within commuting distance to Orlando, Florida for this hybrid position.

Active Pharmacy Technician or Technician in Training license in Florida.

Must become certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 10 months of hire.

Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or call‑center experience in a pharmacy or related call‑center setting.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry skills.

High School Diploma or GED.

Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.

Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish.

Work Hours and Travel
Monday to Friday 8:00‑5:00. Local travel may be required; mileage reimbursed.
