Qualifications
Trade or high school diploma or GED required.
At least three (3) years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical field. May require journeyman rating or possession of appropriate licensure to operate locally.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
