Location: Twin Cities, MN
Job Type: Part Time, Flexible Schedule, with the opportunity to transition to Full Time - we will invest in our groomers!
Compensation/Benefits
Competitive commission-based compensation. Hourly pay between $28 to $40 per hour (including tips). You can create your own success and become a full-time employee
Flexible scheduling
Enjoy working independently with the support of a team dedicated to your success
Health care available for full-time employees (35 hours per week +)
PTO, tool sharpening, bonuses, free snacks, and continuing education available
Key Responsibilities
Working with pet parents to customize the best grooming experience for their pups
Drive the mobile grooming van to clients’ residences
Perform grooming services including baths, haircuts, cuts, nail trims and ear cleaning
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure the safety and comfort of all pups during grooming
Qualifications
1-2 years of professional grooming experience or graduation from an accredited grooming school
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compassionate and caring personality and ability to handle the range of dog temperaments
