At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re looking for a dedicated Instructor / Clinical Coordinator who thrives in both classroom and clinical environments.
In this role, you’ll serve as a mentor, educator, and role model, guiding students as they transition from learning to real‑world clinical practice.
What You’ll Do
Deliver and support clinical curriculum content aligned with program standards
Mentor and supervise students in clinical settings, ensuring hands‑on learning success
Promote student achievement, confidence, and professional development
Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to enhance training and outcomes
Serve as a key resource and role model for students entering the field
Support a positive, engaging, and student‑centered learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in a related field (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
RDCS or RCS certification (required)
RVT or RVS certification (a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of professional sonography experience
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred)
Teaching experience (didactic or clinical) is a plus—but not required
Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring
