Job Description
This is a UD Fill, A1 Shift 7am-7:30pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. This position is an entry level maintenance position. It will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within the employee’s current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

Adhere to AbbVie’s Code of Business Conduct.

Understand and follow all GMP and Safety regulations.

Work with Sr Level Technicians across several areas of Maintenance to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for a career in the Skilled Trades, with the intent of building skills and developing into a higher-level Technician.

Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities. Vocational training increases skill set and knowledge across multiple maintenance functions.

Qualifications

Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.

HS diploma with 0+ years of experience or a relevant certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance is desired. Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and the Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in short‑term incentive programs.
