SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Off-Road)

* Diagnose and repair complex **mechanical and electrical issues** on off-road powersports vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and side-by-sides* Perform advanced troubleshooting on **engines, drivetrains, suspension systems, fuel systems, and electrical systems*** Complete **engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and performance upgrades*** Utilize **manufacturer diagnostic tools and service manuals** to accurately identify and resolve issues* Assist and **mentor other technicians** with difficult diagnostics and repairs* Conduct **final quality inspections** on completed repairs to ensure safety, reliability, and proper operation* Accurately document **diagnostics, labor times, parts used, and service notes** within the service management system* Communicate clearly with **service advisors** regarding repair needs, timelines, and parts requirements* Stay current with **manufacturer service bulletins, new models, and evolving technologies*** Assist with **warranty diagnostics and documentation** according to manufacturer guidelines* Maintain a **clean, organized, and safe work environment*** **5+ years experience** as a powersports technician or similar mechanical role* Expert knowledge of **ATV, UTV, dirt bike, and side-by-side systems*** Strong **diagnostic and troubleshooting ability*** Experience performing **engine, drivetrain, electrical, and suspension repairs*** Ability to read and interpret **service manuals and wiring diagrams*** Proficiency using **diagnostic scanners and manufacturer software*** **Valid driver’s license*** Ability to **lift 50+ lbs** and work in a professional shop environment* Manufacturer certifications such as **Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, or KTM*** **Master-level technician certification** or equivalent experience* Experience with **performance modifications and aftermarket installations*** **Welding or fabrication experience*** Leadership or **mentoring experience** within a shop environment* **Pay**depending on experience and qualifications* **High earning potential** for productive technicians* **Performance incentives available*** **Consistent work year-round*** **Health, dental, and vision insurance*** **Paid time off and holidays*** **Ongoing manufacturer training and certifications*** **Employee discounts** on parts, accessories, and units
