Looking for a stable career in electronics manufacturing? Our client is looking for motivated Production Associates to join their teams in Santa Clara, CA. This is a permanent job with benefits at a growing company.
Compensation and Growth
No PCB Experience: $19.00 – $20.00/hr starting rate.
Experienced PCB Pros: $24.00/hr+ (Negotiable based on your background).
Specialty Skills: Higher starting rates for those with metal, chrome, or zinc plating experience.
Stability: This is a career‑track role with full benefits included—more stable than typical temp work.
Salary: $39,520 — $49,920 per year.
Shifts & Training
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Initial training shift).
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Supervisors on‑site to train).
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Goal shift for many locations).
Note: You will likely train on 1st shift for approximately two months before transitioning to your permanent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
Responsibilities
You will be cross‑trained across multiple stations to find your "best fit" department. Key responsibilities include:
Production Support: Operating machinery and manual stations used in the fabrication of circuit boards.
Quality Control: Inspecting components to ensure they meet strict industry standards.
Specialized Processes: (Depending on experience) Handling metal, chrome, or zinc plating procedures or micro‑assembly.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with shift supervisors to meet daily output goals.
The essential functions of this role include:
Standing for 8 hours at a time.
Working weekends.

Qualifications
Years of experience: 0 years. Experience level: Entry Level.
Experience: Any PCB or electronics manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
Compliance: Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder (due to ITAR regulations).
Background: Must be able to pass a background check (No drug screen required).

Education and Experience
High School (required).
