Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow written work orders, blueprints, and process specifications.
Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
Identify and report quality issues or material defects.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
