Cedar Park Group is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a short-term assignment at a rehabilitation and nursing center in Vestal, New York. This opportunity is ideal for a PT looking for consistent summer hours in a rehab and long-term care setting while working with a geriatric population.
Schedule / Shift
Full-time or part-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 am–4:00 pm, with flexibility within that window
Assignment runs mid-May through mid-August
Work across 3 nearby buildings in close proximity
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to a geriatric patient population
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Travel between nearby buildings as needed to support patient care

Active New York State Physical Therapist license
Ability to work across multiple nearby buildings
