Acts as process owner and subject matter expert for program benefits and long term supports and services (LTSS.).**Additional Information:**Responsible for supervising/ coaching/ mentoring STAR/ CHIP/ or STAR Kids workgroups (Pods) comprised of Service Coordinators/ Case Managers, UM/ECM RN and support staff to achieve department goals and objectives. Education:
Registered Nurse; minimum of five (5) years clinical experience; Bachelors in Nursing Science (BSN) required. 3 to 5 years case management or utilization management experience required. Certification in case management (CCM) preferred. Proficiency in use of computer applications and typing speed (35 words per minute minimum). Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Preferred. No testing requirement. Strong skills in the following areas: Oral and written communication, Problem-solving, Organization and time management, Customer service, Knowledge of adult teaching and learning, Coaching.
Certification/Licensure:
