About the Role:
Provide advanced practice nursing care in collaboration with physicians
Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
Focus on complex cases, including cardiovascular and advanced heart failure patients
Practice autonomously within Louisiana scope‑of‑practice guidelines
Deliver patient‑centered, evidence‑based care

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and daily rounds
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
Respond to acute changes and support emergency interventions
Enhance outcomes for high‑risk and chronic disease populations
What Makes You a Great Match:
Licensed APRN with a master’s degree in nursing
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Experience managing complex patient populations (cardiology preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Effective communication and leadership skills
Detail‑oriented with strong documentation practices
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Patient‑focused mindset with a high standard of care
