May require traveling between school sites

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Salem, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Provide speech therapy services in theschool setting
Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
