Compensation
Starting Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
Shift Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with Manager on Duty weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
Be a Care Cultivator – Direct the community culture through motivation, innovation, and development that provides exceptional customer service and quality care.
Be a Curator of Care – Assemble, catalogue, and manage the personalized care needs of assisted‑living residents and respond to family expectations.
Be a Talent Trainer – Ensure adherence to community standards, policies, procedures, and federal, state, local regulations when selecting, onboarding, and training staff.
Be a Sales Support – Assist community growth through direct interaction and work with Sales to assess resident needs and match families with the appropriate senior‑living options.
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Licensed MedTech or enrollment in MedTech class within 90 days of hire.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
Minimum 3 years of resident care experience in assisted living.
Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
Experience providing hands‑on care to memory‑impaired residents.
Ability to maintain and update effective service plans.
Ability to supervise care staff.
Comprehensive understanding of medication regulation and law.
Knowledge of appropriate care and supervision requirements for residents.
Strong communication skills with physicians, pharmacies, families, and staff.
Good physical and mental health; able to perform assigned tasks; health screening within 6 months before or 7 days after employment.
Freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis within 7 days of employment.
Criminal clearance by DOJ and FBI before initial presence.
Clean driving record per insurance carrier policy.
