$17 – $20 per hour

Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday. Rotating Saturdays

How Our Veterinary Assistants Contribute

Working directly alongside our doctors, assisting and floating between appointments

Safely restraining patients for exams, diagnostics, and treatments

Assisting with sedated procedures

Performing nursing care for hospitalized patients

Supporting the technicians in acquiring diagnostics

Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring efficient hospital flow

Contributing to a clean, organized, and professional hospital environment

Traveling to our sister locations when needed: South Plainfield, Piscataway, and Fords

What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring

Minimum 1 year of experience in the veterinary field (Veterinary Assistant or similar role required)

Ability to safely restrain dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced environment

Open availability and flexible scheduling

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
