Your Role as a Dental Assistant
Provide compassionate chairside assistance during root canals and other endodontic procedures
Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments to OSHA standards
Capture and process high-quality digital x-rays
Maintain accurate treatment records and keep supplies stocked and organized
Educate patients on post-treatment instructions and ensure comfort throughout their visit
Contribute to the smooth daily workflow and support the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Dental Assistant certification or completion of a CODA-accredited program (preferred)
DANB CDA, ICE, RHS certifications, and CPR certification (preferred)
At least 1 year of dental office experience preferred (but motivated candidates eager to learn are welcome)
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
