*Job Summary*
Las Fuentes Resort Village - Assisted Living is looking for a competent Certified Caregiver to work the Night Shift, administer medications and care for residents in a professional and compassionate manner.
_*We are offering a $1,000.00 BONUS*_ for the candidate with a minimum of one year experience in a Assisted Living Community. (First half of payout at 90 days and remainder at 180 days)

*Duties*
* Administer medications and provide ADL’s as needed in accordance with DHS rules and regulations
* Electronic charting on each shift, all care that was provided
* Follow department’s policies and procedures
* Assist with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
* Any additional task assigned, within scope of practice
*Requirements*
Exceptional communication skills, good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to show compassion, have patience, work well with others and have a warm and positive personality. Past experience working as a caregiver is ideal. Must be able to lift to assist residents with ADL's and be on your feet for long periods of time.
-Must have a valid AZ State Certified Caregiver certificate
-Current CPR and First Aide card
-Be able to pass a background check, drug test and TB test. We are a drug free community.
-Valid Fingerprint clearance card
