YOUR TYPICAL DAY
Lead planning and delivery of community education and programming
Coordinate large-scale educational and community events in partnership with senior leadership
Support fundraising events, reporting, and development communications
Oversee outreach materials, vendor relationships, and volunteer coordination
Manage program data, reporting, and CRM systems to inform strategy and improvement
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE
Experience in nonprofit environment, exposure to development, operations and programming a big plus
Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience with databases, reporting systems, and multi-platform software tools
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, community-centered practices
Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field
EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES
Master’s degree in a related field
Bilingual or conversational Spanish skills
Experience supporting volunteer programs, marketing, or graphic design initiatives
