Job Description
This position supports the execution of the quality system with a focus on dimensional concession activities and the review, maintenance, and implementation of customer specifications.

Inputs and Outputs
Dimensional Concession Process

Manage the tracking system for dimensional concessions.

Create dimensional concession records.

Review and process dimensional concessions in the ERP system.

Collaborate with shop personnel to perform 5 Whys and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).

Manage the NCR system for dimensional-related issues.

Specification Review, Maintenance, and Implementation

Support the full customer specification lifecycle, including revision surveillance, acquisition, documentation, and incorporation.

Prepare and maintain specification review documentation and records.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure specification updates move through the review and incorporation process.

Other Responsibilities

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements – Education/Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work effectively with individuals across multiple disciplines.

3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance technician role, including:

Inspection using measurement instruments

Understanding and interpreting drawings and specifications

Experience with GD&T and interpreting CMM results

Ability to read, interpret, and summarize customer specifications and requirements

Desired Experience

Experience managing nonconformance control processes.

Experience reviewing, summarizing, or maintaining customer specifications and technical requirements.

Demonstrated ability to manage controlled records and work within formal procedures and quality systems.

Special Skills

Ability to work effectively with individuals from multiple disciplines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Ability to use computer systems, including an Oracle based ERP system and customer portals.
