Job Title – Real Estate Paralegal

Salary Range: $100k-145k
Job Summary
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Commercial Transactional Real Estate Paralegal for a global AmLaw50 firm and rated one of the Best Law Firms to Work in 2025.
Responsibilities
Communicates regularly with the team.
Double checks work product before presenting attorneys for review and again before sending or filing.
Conducts fact investigation, development, analysis and strategy, and document and file management.
Conducts due diligence, manages closing processes, and collaborates with external vendors to ensure efficient and accurate transaction handling.
Handles multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, requiring prioritization and flexibility.
Collaborates with firm personnel at all levels.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of Real Estate Paralegal experience working in a law firm.
ABA‑approved paralegal certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent required, plus substantial and relevant work experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or some college education.
Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Zoom, and Teams.
Experience with TrueFiling, Relativity TextMap, CaseMap, PageVault, or other document management systems preferred.
Ability to self‑manage projects and monitor discovery and filing deadlines to ensure completion of pending projects and compliance with statutory pre‑trial deadlines.
Experience with voluminous document productions and e‑discovery.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
Billing requirement of 1,600 hours per year.
Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Travel up to 10% may be required.
