Position Summary
The Automotive Lube Technician is responsible for performing lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections on customer vehicles. This role supports dealership operations by maintaining high standards of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties
Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection services accurately and efficiently.
Identify and assess any additional vehicle service needs and communicate them promptly.
Ensure all serviced vehicles are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment that complies with OSHA and EPA standards.
Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication and quality workmanship.
Adhere to management’s requests and processes to support overall business goals.
Professional Conduct
Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and integrity in all tasks.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred.
Valid driver's license and driving record within company policy.
Local state inspection license preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a shop setting with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemical, and adhesives is typical.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear.
Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Vision must include close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
Operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.
