Job Description
Are you looking for a stable general labor position with a consistent schedule in a comfortable, temperature-controlled facility? Join our team as a Production Line Associate! We’re hiring motivated individuals for our 2nd Shift. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a successful operation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the manufacturing line according to standard operating procedures.
Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging materials or finished products.
Conduct routine quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
Assist with material handling and movement within the production area.
Requirements
Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labor setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
Strong commitment to safety and following all workplace rules and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance for the 2nd shift.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule & Environment
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:55 p.m. to 7 a.m.), Monday through Friday.
Location: Groveport, OH.
Climate-controlled facility work in comfort year-round.
Dress Code
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed‑toe and non‑slip footwear only.
