Job Description
Service Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing issues. They present options and pricing to customers, complete approved repairs promptly, maintain a clean and orderly work area, collect payment, and complete required paperwork.
Job Title and Compensation
Service Plumber — Potential of $100k+.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the plumbing industry and the ability to work independently.
Effective written and verbal communication with customers.
Technical know-how to use email, invoicing software, etc.
Ability to work a shifted schedule.
Shows pride in going the extra mile for customers.
Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building).
Ability to use own plumbing tools (basic trade-related hand tools).
