What You’ll Be Doing
Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, mini‑splits, IAQ systems)
Deliver a
top‑tier customer experience
— we care about people, not just installs
Test systems, connections, and electrical components to ensure everything runs perfectly
Troubleshoot and repair when needed
Work independently
and
as part of a tight‑knit, high‑performing crew
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC installation experience
Valid driver’s license
EPA Certification
Strong experience with:
Furnaces & forced air systems
Heat pumps & air handlers
Mini‑splits
Physically capable (ladders, crawl spaces, lifting 40+ lbs)
Positive attitude + pride in your work
(this matters here)
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Competency card
Boiler experience
Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan
