Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general electrical and plumbing maintenance to ensure the facility and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and plumbing issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Inspect systems and identify potential problems
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance required
Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems independently
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and team-oriented
