Requirements
Install luxury vinyl plank/tile (LVP/LVT), laminate, etc.
Install floating and glue‑down floor systems to manufacturer specifications.
Perform subfloor prep including leveling, patching, moisture mitigation, and underlayment installation.
Complete layout, cuts, transitions, and trim work (reducers, T‑molds, stair noses, base/shoe) with precision.
Handle demo and removal of existing flooring as needed.
Daily and final cleanup of the job site to company standards.
Keep tools organized and maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure safe, organized, and efficient work practices at all times.
Ensure high quality company standards are met every time.
Job requires travel throughout the week.
Additionally
You must review and understand the scope of work before arriving on site.
Have knowledge of units of measurement and be able to complete needed math calculations.
Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner to ensure high satisfaction.
Experience with residential and commercial projects is preferred.
Qualifications
5 years in professional flooring installation.
Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
Must be able to perform repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting.
Own all necessary trade tools and equipment for flooring installation.
Must have own insurance (general liability, workers’ comp, and auto) for all jobs.
All installers and helpers must pass a criminal background check.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
