We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a

Warehouse Worker / Material Handler (Roof Loader)

at our Milwaukee, WI branch.

Position Overview
Our Material Handlers play a vital role in daily warehouse operations and job site support. This position includes

roof loading responsibilities , requiring candidates to safely transport and place materials on rooftops as needed.

You will be responsible for handling materials from the warehouse to delivery, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Pull, load, and unload materials accurately and efficiently

Perform

roof loading and assist with placing materials on rooftops

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training available)

Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization

Verify order accuracy before loading and delivery

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Provide excellent customer service on job sites and in the warehouse

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Comfortable working at heights (ladders and rooftops required)

Ability to lift

75-100 lbs consistently

Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb throughout the shift

Forklift experience is a plus (but not required)

General knowledge of building materials preferred

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours may vary based on business needs

Mandatory overtime as required

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours:

40 per week
