
Warehouse Worker (Onsite)

About the Role
Voltage is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker to execute day-to-day material handling activities: receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping. Reports to the Warehouse Manager. Directly supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time and accurately.
What You’ll Do
Receive inbound shipments, verify against packing lists, and complete SAP goods receipt transactions
Put away raw materials and components to correct storage locations
Pick and stage materials for production work orders based on pick lists
Deliver materials to line-side locations and process component returns
Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory events
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards
Flag damaged or non-conforming material to the Warehouse Manager
What We’re Looking For
1+ year warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Basic computer skills — able to learn SAP transactions with training
Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple drawings
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Prior SAP experience (MIGO, MB1B)
Manufacturing environment experience
Experience with lot control or FIFO inventory
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, stand/walk 8+ hours, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial trucks.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
