Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of forklift operating experience and be proficient in operating a 4-wheel sit-down forklift. This position requires attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a 4-wheel sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products

Maintain accurate inventory counts and product locations

Assist with shipping and receiving processes

Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance issues

Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Schedule & Flexibility

Must have flexibility to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift as well as weekend shifts as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience

Proficient in operating a 4-wheel sit-down forklift

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SAP experience is a plus

Interview & Testing Requirements

Must be available for an in-person interview with the Warehouse Manager

Must successfully pass a forklift driving test
