What We're Looking For
Veterinary Med Experience:
A solid background in vet med is required.
Weekend Availability:
Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
Flexible Scheduling:
Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM; reliability and punctuality are essential.
Call Center Experience:
Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
Growth-Oriented:
Candidate should excel in this role and have ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.
What You'll Do
Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Handle multiple level platforms for medication refills and appointment requests.
Collaborate with our medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care.
