Job Overview
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our nursery logistics team. You’ll be the muscle behind our green thumb, ensuring our trees and plants are ready for their new homes.
Details
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Environment: 100% Outdoor
Responsibilities
Offloading: Moving plants and shrubs from transport racks to the ground.
Prepping: Using scissors/snips to untie secured trees and ensuring they are stood upright and organized.
Manual Labor: Constant lifting, bending, and twisting to arrange inventory.
General labor working outdoors, offloading plants from rack to ground, using scissors to untie trees and stand them up right. Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting.
Essential Functions
Work in a smoke‑free environment.
Wear steel‑toe shoes.
Work in a non‑temperature controlled environment.
Requirements
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
Safety First: Steel‑toed boots are required on site.
Reliability: Show up on time, ready to work, rain or shine.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Skills
Material Handling.
Moving Material.
Qualifications
Years of experience: 0 (Entry Level).
No degree required.
