Position Description
Ryder is hiring an Inventory Management Attendant in Marietta, GA — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Hourly Pay $16.33 per hour
Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Product & Equipment
Inbound products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors, etc.
Equipment: RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred
Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
Proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks; ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Computer proficiency for data entry and WMS system use
Knowledge of powered industrial truck operation and maintenance; powered industrial truck certification
Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
Ability to manage multiple store locations and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multi-tasking, highly organized, excellent time management, detail oriented, and follow-up practices
Flexibility to operate efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and self‑driven to excel
Work overtime as assigned
Potential to operate manual and/or automated manufacturing equipment such as a packaging line (intermediate preferred)
Responsibilities
Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials
Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is completed correctly; train dock employees on new procedures; secure facility at shift end; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping; perform picking and packing duties; check for damage
Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required
Participate in workgroup and team activities for self‑improvement and to improve warehouse operations and related functions
Perform housekeeping duties in assigned area
Perform other duties as assigned
