
Credit Financing Origination & Structuring Analyst - C11 - NEW YORK

The Credit Financing Origination and Structuring team is looking for an Analyst to join its team with approximately one year of experience. The team originates, structures and monitors large senior secured facilities to the top credit managers globally. These facilities, along with separate equity, are used to originate or purchase a portfolio of loans to corporates (Broadly Syndicated Loans, Private Credit loans, Middle Market loans, Warehouse loans and Bonds), which form a portfolio over which Citi has security for its own facility. The Analyst role involves a variety of functions.
Responsibilities
Preparing credit materials detailing transaction structure, manager strategy / performance, key risks / mitigants and broader market conditions for new deals and amendments
Performing periodic reviews of corporate credit collateral packages across the liquid and illiquid corporate credit spectrum
Determining ability of collateral obligations to be financed in accordance with the facility’s eligibility criteria
Drafting quarterly business reviews summarizing the desk’s exposures and strategic initiatives
Daily responsibilities include risk reporting, P&L reporting, reporting legal vehicles, portfolio management and ad hoc client requests
Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
Series 79, 7 and 63 licenses
Education
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
