Overview
Now Hiring: Freezer Warehouse Operator. Physically active role where precision and efficiency make a real difference. Reliable and hardworking warehouse operator needed.
This position is primarily based in a freezer environment. Gear is provided to keep you comfortable, but you must be prepared to thrive in cold‑storage conditions.
Responsibilities
Load & unload delivery trucks using forklifts and other approved equipment.
Pick products, build pallets, wrap skids, and stage them for seamless shipping.
Place received materials in designated areas and complete inventory control paperwork and pull sheets with high accuracy.
Maintain strict inventory accuracy by adhering to FIFO and FEFO methods to ensure product integrity.
Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Work in a smoke‑free environment, wear steel‑toe shoes, and operate in a non‑temperature‑controlled setting.
Requirements & Qualifications
Physical stamina: lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and stand for 4 hours on your feet without a break.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse operator.
1 year of cold storage experience preferred.
Skills: reach truck operation, cherry picking, pushing, pulling.
Benefits & Compensation
$20 - $21 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
