
2nd Shift Production Operator

Nesco Resource is hiring for a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity. We are seeking a detailed oriented production associate to join our Greenville Team. This position supports manufacturing by producing materials in a fast past environment. You will rotate through day and train on 1st shift for 2- 4 weeks before transitioning to 2nd
Responsibilities
Operates and produces machinery and equipment according to company standards.
Machine operation set up and changeovers
Ability to read and follow work orders, and production schedules
Quality inspection and the ability to use of measuring tools calipers and gauges.
Material handling and inventory control
Palletizing, packing and labeling
Ability to identify defects and report any discrepancies to supervisor
Perform basic troubleshootingand notify leadership of equipment issues
Complete production and quality documentation
Requirements
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast past enviroment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods at a time
Williness to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks.
