In-Shop Commercial Tire Technician
Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced
In-Shop Commercial Tire Technician . Responsibilities will include overseeing the safety, efficiency, and completion of daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, at least three years of tire experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry (some commercial tire required)
Proficient in MS Office and the able to learn other software
Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred)
Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment)
Responsibilities:
Mount and dismount various sized commercial tires, utilizing the mount/dismount machine, T45A Tire Iron/Spoon Bar, and or the “Golden Tool”
Accurately load and unload all tire shipments and assist Warehouse Supervisor
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the efficiency and flow of warehouse inventory
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with all monthly inventory audits
Ensure warehouse space is utilized efficiently
Responsible for writing up and barcoding customer and stock tires into BibTread system
Assist with the scrap out analysis process for Snider customers
In charge of and accounting for wheels being submitted for reconditioning
Assist Warehouse Supervisor with running monthly retread reports
May be required to assist route driver with customer pickups and deliveries
Responsible for the overall organization, inventory, and cleanliness of warehouse
Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE and demonstrate safety conscious mindset
Demonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform.
Adheres to all policies, procedures and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.
Skills and Abilities:
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment
Excellent customer service, communication skills, and high level of attention to detail
Follow safety protocols and company policies
Ability to work a rotating, on call schedule to include some night and weekend shifts
Pass background check and drug screen
