Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) who must be at least 21 years of age to apply. The role will perform a variety of semi‑skilled tasks in routine upkeep, maintenance and repairs to the physical plant, building, and equipment.
Must have experience in the following areas:
Painting – professional industrial/business
Sheetrock/drywall repair
Basic general experience in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance repair
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, and security
One year experience in building maintenance and repair required
One year experience in security preferred
