ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, you will provide exceptional client experiences, handle inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community member needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
