MRO Customer Service Representative III
Location: Miramar, FL – onsite. Report to MRO Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service within the aerospace industry
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of PSAA/GCP and prior experience with airline customers and OEMs desired
Ability to work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to MRO services
Support customer or agency audits
Review repair orders and manage contract review
Maintain professional, friendly, courteous relationships with internal and external customers
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and warranties
Leverage relationships with internal production and purchasing staff to seek answers for customers
Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to manage company backlog
Read and review customer purchase orders and transfer details to internal sales orders in a timely manner
Notify customers of any discrepancies after comparing purchase orders to the quote
Review all exports for compliance with EAR and ITAR regulations

$26 – $30/hour based on experience.
