Opportunity
Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office
Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems
Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications
Perform other duties as assigned
Success Profile
High‑energy individual with strong work ethic
Self‑motivated, able to work independently with limited supervision
Independent decision maker to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule to meet changing operational needs
High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
Accurate data entry and handling of administrative tasks
Willingness to maintain moderate housekeeping of office area
Ability to work with a variety of people without regard to race, color, age, sex, national origin, religion, creed, or disability
Strong organization and prioritization skills
High school diploma required
Previous office/clerical experience a plus
Capability to sit or stand for periods in office and in warehouse (concrete flooring, changing temperatures)
Walk throughout warehouse during shift
