
Project Scheduler - Power Plants - Georgia

EarthStream Global is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Scheduler to support the delivery of large‑scale Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects. This role is suited to a planning professional with a strong background working on EPC power generation projects, providing schedule control, analysis, and reporting across all project phases.
The Project Scheduler will play a key role in supporting project management teams by developing, maintaining, and analysing detailed project schedules to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated EPC project schedules for CCPP projects from design through commissioning.
Establish and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to validate schedule logic and sequencing.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules and identify critical paths, float consumption, and schedule risks.
Perform schedule updates, progress measurement, and forecast analysis.
Support mitigation planning and recovery schedules where delays or risks are identified.
Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.
Interface with cost control teams to support integrated schedule and cost performance analysis.
Participate in project reviews, planning workshops, and schedule risk assessments.
Ensure planning best practices and EPC procedures are consistently applied.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience working as a Project Scheduler / Planning Engineer on CCPP or thermal power plant projects.
Strong background working EPC‑side (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).
Solid understanding of the full power plant project lifecycle, including:
Engineering and design phases
Long‑lead equipment procurement
Construction and installation sequencing
Pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and handover
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); experience with other planning tools is an advantage.
Experience developing and managing schedules for multi‑disciplinary power projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience working on international or large‑scale CCPP projects.
Familiarity with claims support, delay analysis, and contractual schedule requirements.
