Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions – Pay Weekly
Hourly Pay: 20.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: 30.00 per hour
Additional Pay: 2.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift; Sunday - Saturday (4 days a week; 2 of 3 days to qualify for additional overtime). Hours: 4:45 pm – 3:15 am

Products Being Handled: Food Products
Equipment Being Used: Sit-Down Forklift
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks
Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift production hours
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid forklift operator’s license certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to work within a diverse environment and create professional relationships at all levels
Highly thorough and dependable; punctual with good attendance
Performs work independently with minimal supervision; demonstrates initiative and accuracy under pressure
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods; follow health and safety methods
Flexible schedule availability across various shifts
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
