Global Graduate Accelerator Trainee (Customer Service)
Multiple Global Locations (with an international rotation) / Full-time - Starting September 2026
Program Overview: Kick start your career in a 12-month global program, starting off with a 3-month rotational assignment in Munich, Germany, designed to develop future key positions and leaders through real business impact, senior mentoring and international exposure. Over the course of the program, trainees will gain hands‑on experience across key business areas located in the United States and in Germany to build a global network and develop the leadership and technical skills needed to accelerate their careers.
Your responsibilities
Participate in international rotational assignments across multiple departments within local and international BSH's Customer Service Division (e.g., operations, finance or strategy, customer service, controlling, business intelligence)
Collaborate with cross‑functional and multi‑cultural teams on real business projects.
Support strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and presentation of insights.
Engage in continuous learning through formal training, mentoring and leadership development sessions.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, products, or services.
Adapt to different regional markets and business environments during global placements.
Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
Structured 12-month development: Three distinct assignments offer broad business and cultural insights (3 months in Germany and the other 9 months at US-based locations)
Clear home‑country perspective: After the program, you will continue your career in a long‑term role.
International exposure with local commitment: Gain global experience while employed on a local contract in your home country.
Accelerated development: Targeted learning, challenging projects and close mentorship from senior leaders.
Global Headquarter experience: A mandatory assignment in Munich, Germany builds your international network and business understanding.
Your profile
Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science or Finance required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; one additional language skill is a plus (e.g., German).
Maximum of two years of work‑related experience, including one completed internship, co‑op, or six months full‑time relevant work experience related to your field of study.
Must have a US Passport to travel for this role as well as a valid work authorization that allows you to work in the United States for BSH.
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
