Duchess Assistant Manager - Sancus Blvd

What You’ll Do

Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership

Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service

Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer‑ready

Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away to help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards

Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team

Other qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors

What We’re Looking For

Education – High school diploma or equivalent

Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service

Leadership – A team‑first mindset with strong communication skills

Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems

Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)

ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain

Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
