Job responsibilities include:Overheads Baseline & Ongoing Support* Own and maintain the overheads design baseline files, including version control, updates, and change tracking.* Support functional leads and Finance partners in validating baseline assumptions.Overheads 2026 Pipeline Reconciliation* Support reconciliation of the 2026 overheads initiative pipeline across functions.* Track additions, removals, and changes to initiatives over time.* Maintain consistency between pipeline views, budget assumptions, and approved targets.Overheads Synergy Tracking & Pull‐Ups* Support ongoing synergy tracking through centralized pull‐ups.* Prepare recurring views with summaries.Signal & Analytics Support* Provide hands‐on support for Signal (Bain value‐tracking tool).P&L Mapping & Plan Tracking* Support mapping of overhead synergies to P&L lines and financial plans.* Assist in reconciling synergy impacts to budgets and outlooks.To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:* 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, integration support, or analytics.* Strong Excel skills; experience working with SAP or ERP data preferred.* Comfortable working with large datasets and reconciling across multiple sources.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‐through.* Able to work across functions and manage multiple inputs on tight timelines.* Clear written and verbal communication skills.* Prior exposure to transformation, integration, or cost programs preferred.**Led by Purpose.
